Maintenance
We will provide the new updates on both hardware and software. This information will be passed on to the relevant customer during the scheduled customer-BIS meetings to assess any need for action to upgrade or change.
Hardware service includes telephone support, on-site remedial
maintenance, and periodic preventive maintenance. Most operational problems and
minor problems can be resolved through our Customer Hotline, which has
experience staff to assist customers in problem resolution.
When our customer hotline & Technical Support identify
that on-site maintenance is required, a Customer Service Engineer will be
dispatched on site to resolve the problem with adequate spares.
